What is raw food?  Well, it's not only carrot sticks and apples.
Technically, it is any food that is not processed, cooked or
heated past about 115-118 degrees. It is usually organic and
vegan, although, there are some who eat raw meat and dairy
very carefully.

Raw vegan food has the ability to heal most aspects of our
health and leave us feeling the
best we ever have.  There are
hundreds of yummy dishes and desserts that we can eat
completely guilt free while being totally rejuvenated at a cellular
level. Some dishes are simple with varieties of salads and fruits,
while some are more complex with sprouted grains, gourmet
style vegan burgers, cheeses and ice cream or pie. Oh, and I
can't forget about the raw chocolate truffles.

While I can't legally say that raw food can heal or "cure" you, I can
say that I have never met anyone eating raw food that hasn't had
their health completely turned around. Even diseases that they
thought were incurable, have no trace left in their bodies. It's not a
new "diet" we're talking about. This is a revolutionary realization of
an ancient way of health that we have forgotten about in our
attempt to make food more preserved, and less perishable.  

The
ENZYMES in uncooked food are still intact. WE NEED THEM
INTACT
to digest properly and utilize them. This is the idea behind
raw food. The more untouched enzymes we ingest, the longer and
healthier our life will be.
